A modelling agency, rebuilt as a searchable booking engine
Problem
Modelling agencies still run on PDFs, WhatsApp and static book pages. Clients can’t filter talent by real attributes, and the agency can’t showcase divisions across multiple markets.
Solution
A multi-country platform (Dubai, Kuwait, Qatar, KSA) with eight divisions and a true discovery engine — filter by height, measurements, eye & hair colour and shoe size, with live booking states: In Town, Arriving Soon, Exclusive and Direct Booking.
Result
A live, SEO-ranked storefront fed directly from the ANT Portal — talent published from the backend appears instantly on the public site.

Problem
Modelling agencies run on a patchwork of spreadsheets, shared drives and generic software never built for talent — so records, bookings and the public website live in separate places and constantly drift out of sync.
Solution
A single agency OS managing 3,600+ talent across 8 divisions and 4 countries: nine-tab talent records, a media manager (images, video, digitals, portfolios, comp cards), a filterable booking calendar, client package workflows, and a compliance dashboard tracking passport, visa and contract expiry — all publishing straight to antmgmt.com.
Result
One platform replaces a legacy back-office plus a separate website CMS. Talent moves from intake to public profile to booking in one place.
ANT Talent App
Swipecast for MENA — a creative-booking marketplace built for the region
Problem
Global talent-booking apps like Swipecast ignore MENA — no regional payment norms, no local market fit, and no tie-in to the agencies that actually run bookings in the Gulf.
Solution
A two-sided native marketplace. Talent join and build rich profiles — portfolio and polaroid uploads, Instagram stats and intro videos. Clients assemble a whole crew for a shoot — models, photographers, make-up & hair artists, even rental studios — choosing quantities per role. Jobs, in-app earnings and subscription tiers that lower the agency fee are all built in.
Result
Built in Flutter, currently in TestFlight pending App Store approval, with creator earnings, jobs and subscription tiers already live in-app.

A real-money e-sports tournament platform — players and a full admin back-office
Problem
Running cash e-sports tournaments is operationally brutal: registrations, brackets, match verification, KYC-style approvals, prize payouts and finances usually live in spreadsheets and Discord.
Solution
A two-sided platform. Players get a dashboard, tournament browser, profile and wallet (BP + AED). Admins get tournament management, game rules, pending approvals, payouts and finances — across EA SPORTS FC, Tekken and Valorant 1v1.
Result
