At a glance
One account for every kind of money
NeoBankX gives retail users a single home for crypto holdings, fiat balances and payment cards. The same platform gives operators a back-office to run users, wallets, staff and fees. Proud Lion Studios led product strategy, UX/UI, the design system and the platform build across the customer web app, the admin back-office and branded transactional email.

The challenge
Banking-grade trust, crypto-grade speed
Most users juggle an exchange app, a wallet, a bank and a card provider. Each has its own login, its own fees and its own idea of what a transaction looks like. NeoBankX set out to collapse that stack into one product without losing the controls regulated finance demands.
What stood in the way
- Fiat and crypto live in separate apps with different mental models
- Crypto flows hide real costs: slippage, gas, platform fees and routing
- Sending money means a different form for every destination type
- Card controls are usually buried or missing entirely
- Operators need KYC, wallet oversight and fee control from day one
What we built
- One dashboard with a unified portfolio balance across assets
- Buy, sell, swap, send and receive through one consistent modal pattern
- Every fee, route and tolerance shown before the user confirms
- A single payee book that adapts its form to five transfer types
- Virtual and physical cards with freeze, terminate and granular limits
- An admin console for users, staff, APIs, wallets and platform economy

Our approach
Three rules we designed by
Show the money before it moves
Every transaction modal states the amount in, the amount out, the commission and the route before the confirm button. Balances sit under every input with 10%, 25%, 50% and Max shortcuts.
One pattern, many products
Buy, sell, swap, send, receive, deposit and withdraw share the same modal anatomy. Users learn it once. Engineers build it once.
Empty states that sell the next step
New accounts never see a blank page. Each empty crypto, card and contact view explains what goes there and offers the action that fills it.
Trust & control
Compliance designed in, not bolted on
Jurisdiction first
Registration step oneCountry is captured before anything else, so rules and products can follow it
Verified identity
Email code, KYC in profileAccounts are tied to a verified inbox and a KYC record
Explicit consent
Every trade and transferTerms and privacy agreement is captured per transaction
Fee transparency

Frozen funds
